Angkor Mikroheranhvatho Kampuchea (AMK), the largest MFI in
Cambodia with over 250,000 clients and 80 branches, has gone live
on Abacus OneWorld. Replacing a much older MIS, the migration
to Abacus was achieved by a close working relationship between the
AMK staff and the Fern staff in the Brisbane office.
Configuring the range of products on offer and rolling out the
system to the widely distributed branch network were some of the
challenges for all involved. This was achieved on a planned
incremental basis and eventually all branches were brought under
Abacus control.
Fern congratulate all at AMK for their hard work and commitment
to getting the job done. Another landmark for Dr Alan McCabe,
General Manager of Fern in Brisbane and his worthy team!
