Cubis 3 ~
Cubis 8
The conversion from Cubis3 to Cubis 8 is a straight forward and speedy one. The Credit Union will normally close for one day to allow Fern to install Cubis 8 on all required terminals.

After the installation and backup of relevant system files, the data will be converted* and summary totals and period end figures will be checked for consistency. Full diagnostic procedures will then be carried out. If all is well at this stage, then assigned Credit Union personnel will spot check the data for anomalies.

*The time taken to run the conversion depends of the processing speed of the Server/workstation in question and the member/transaction size of the data.
