Fern focus on Customer Training following the recent success of the Cubis & Treasury Manager training programmes in the United Kingdom. Fern have successfully implemented extensive training throughout the Caribbean. The 2 day sessions were carried out in late May in Credit Unions in Grenada, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Antigua. Fern addressed the need of specialised system training and advised Fern customers how to get the most from their software.

Fern is a full-service software company offering a complete range of services. This includes: Implementation; Training; Data Conversion from existing systems; Software Maintenance and Support. We also work closely with our hardware partners to provide TOTAL hardware and software solutions. Fern Attended the International Credit Union Forum 2000, the largest international Credit Union gathering of the year. The International Credit Union Forum was held in the world's largest conference center in Nashville, Tennessee.
