Fern has introduced an automatic call logging system, which is used to record any customer problems. A user can request a statement from the Customer Services Department at any time to validate outstanding issues; Fern has also sent out these "statements" from its call-logging system to have the customers carry out a self-audit and to help keep its system as up-to-date and accurate as possible.
